4700 square feet of modern beauty, this house will not disappoint! 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms that sleeps 14 guests. Ground floor entry has access to the elevator that services all floors, a full size refrigerator, and entry into the golf simulator/gun range room (additional fee for use of this room). The first floor has 4 of the 5 bedrooms, a laundry room with extra-capacity washer and dryer and a deep sink, plus a living room with a wet bar providing a beverage cooler, microwave, sink and coffee maker.
The top floor has cathedral wood ceilings over a massive great room that will seat more than the 14 guests around an electric fireplace and an 85-inch TV. The chef's kitchen has a 12 foot waterfall edge island providing 6 barstool seating, a 36 inch range with custom-statement hood, warming drawer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, along with many small appliances and ample storage for all your groceries. Also in the huge kitchen is a beautiful bar area with sink, ice maker, beverage cooler and coffee/espresso maker. The wood and resin dining table seats all 14 guests and lights up the night with in-table LED lighting and a custom made juniper log chandelier above. Also on the second floor is the 4th King bedroom with ensuite bath, plus an additional half-bath.

You're in FLORIDA, time to enjoy the sunshine (or shade)! Beginning with the top floor, just outside the great room is a covered porch where there is a dining table seating 6 and a L-shape seating group with coffee table, perfect for viewing the gulf and those amazing sunsets. On the opposite side of the top floor is a screened in porch with two rockers for watching the morning sunrises over St. Joseph bay.
On the first floor is a porch off the 2 king beach-facing master bedrooms for spending time relaxing, reading, or even romancing!
Outside is not only ample vehicle and boat parking, but the most gorgeous pool that has an in-water tanning/sun shelf plus a up-to-6 foot deep pool with corner seating in-pool. Around the pool is ample seating and lounger-reclining plus under cover is additional seating with a gas grill, prep sink, and an outdoor shower. Pavers just off the under-house parking lead a short walk (30 feet) to the beach boardwalk. When we say "steps to the beach" we mean it!
